Attilio D’Agostino

A native of Los Angeles, Attilio D’Agostino, has become a force in the fashion world of the midwest. Co-founder and co-owner of Alive magazine and co-founder of St. Louis Fashion Week, D’Agostino discovered fashion photography after his supplement business somehow transformed into a lifestyle and fashion magazine.

Attilio D’Agostino was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis as a child and, after a period of rebellion and nihilism as a teenager, he focused on fitness and personal health. His interest led him to supplements and a successful business selling them. D’Agostino created Alive magazine as a way of expanding his business but discovered that, after new government regulations, the magazine was going to be his real focus.

It was while art directing photo shoots for Alive magazine that he found his passion for photography. D’Agostino now spends his time primarily as a freelance fashion and editorial photographer in St. Louis.
